button. Simply press this button and that item will be added to your
shopping cart, what we affectionately call "Your Doggie Bag". When
you're ready to checkout, just press the "Doggie Bag/Checkout" button

For large orders or shipments to our local area (Sacramento Valley), non-UPS delivery of your order may be available.
Please contact us by email to arrange at sales@thek9schoice.com
to see if your order qualifies. If you qualify, simply
select the Pickup/Delivery shipping option at checkout.

UPS
Delivery
Due to the perishable nature of our products, UPS Overnight
shipping is required unless the shipping address is within the UPS
Ground 2-day area. At checkout, we will determine if the shipping
address is within the 2-day range and you will be able to select
the less expensive UPS Ground option. If it is determined
that the shipping address is not within the UPS Ground 2-day
range, you will only be allowed to select the UPS Overnight option
which can be extremely expensive. To ensure your UPS order
is received fresh, The K9s Choice packages their products in
insulated boxes which will add $10.00 per box to your order. If you would like to see a

Checking the Status of Your
Order
Please keep your order number. You will need it
in the event you wish to cancel or check the status of your
order.
If your order has not already been shipped, we can cancel
it. To do so, please contact us immediately at sales@thek9schoice.com
or 707.678.5934. If your order has already been shipped we
will be unable to cancel it.

K9's Choice. If your items are damaged or spoiled, please
contact us at 707-678-5934 immediately. Due to the
perishable nature of our products, please do not attempt to return
